FAQ'S

Information about ordering, delivery, quality and returns. Please contact me with any queries not addressed below.

Ordering On Etsy

Placing and order on Etsy is easy and safe.

You do not need an Etsy account to place an order. Find the item you would like to purchase and click add to cart. Payments can be made by Bank Card, Credit Card, Etsy Gift Card or Paypal. 

You will receive an order confirmation email when you complete your purchase.

If you have any problems placing your order then please do not hesitate to contact me.

Deliveries
Orders received before 8pm will be despatched on the next working day (Mon - Friday).
If the product you have ordered is being made to order then please allow 4-5 days before despatch.

Delivery is via Royal Mail or Evri.

Lost Goods

If your item has not been delivered and you believe it may be lost then please contact me to request a refund or replacement.

Quality

I take great care and pride in my crafting and try to ensure that every piece is to a high standard. If I am not happy with it then I won't sell it! If you are at all unhappy with the product you have received then please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can try to resolve the problem.

Damaged Goods

Although I package each item with care and use strong boxes there is always the chance that the item could arrive damaged. If this happens then please contact me to request a full refund or replacement.

Custom or Personalised Orders

I am happy to consider making an item to your requirements. However, I am limited by the fonts and images that I can produce. The best thing to do is to get an idea and then email it over to me. You can browse the Gallery for ideas and then describe what you would like and then contact me using the contact form or directly by email

I will respond to all queries as soon as I am able to.
